AppleTV 4K skips every other song when trying to scroll to play next song on computer music library

I stream the music from my PCs iTunes library to my AppleTV 4K using home sharing. Since the last AppleTV update to iOS16 a couple of months ago, when I try to skip a song on a playlist or want to scroll thru the list by swiping right on the remote, it skips the next song and goes to the one after that. Is like it skips two songs at the time.

any idea how to go back to scroll one song at the time?
