S1E8 Finale of Interview With A Vampire Unavailable in AMC+ channel in AppleTV without FuboTV subscription

I pay for an AMC+ subscription through AppleTV. I have watched every episode of Interview With A Vampire on AMC+ through Apple TV the day after it airs on AMC. I'm trying to view the S1E8 Finale today in the same manner, but am not able to without FuboTV subscription. Like within the AMC+ channel in Apple TV, when viewing Interview With A Vampire, I can watch episodes 1-7 without issue, however, episode 8 has an "Open In" button with the only option being Fubo TV. WTF...?
