Macbook Pro Calendar not open after upgraded to 13.0.1 (22A400)

I have just installed my MacBook pro (M1) to 13.0.1 (22A400), and then the calendar is not able to open. It always pop up with this error page "Calendar quit unexpectedly". I tried to restart the laptop couple of times. No Luck! So anyone can suggest me a solution?
