Why did I get a charge from Apple on my bank card? I can’t do a refund request because it is not listed on my purchase history. How can I request a fraud return?

The bank will want to block any charges coming in from Apple. I can't do that because I have monthly storage charges done on that account. Those charges are only 3.24 a month. How can I request a refund for the charge showing on my account? The charge description shows Digital Goods- LargeDigital Goods Merchant. No clue on what that is.
