App download isn’t recognizing facial ID on iPhone 14 Pro

I have the new iPhone 14 pro. When trying to download an app from the App Store it is not recognizing my facial ID. I have reset my facial ID and turned the phone off and back on. Neither have worked. It asks me to double click the right button and then attempts facial ID. This keeps repeating over and over. Does anyone have a solution?
