You need MMS enabled by your Carrier for the SIM that you use and then enable it in your Settings. See the Pic below

For me = it was when I received a new iPhone 14 , sending picture magically was turned OFF in my Verizon account = ( Log in to account , click add on and features , TURN BACK ON). OR , GO to a Verizon store. the girl at the Verizon store said this is what she did .,. Totally fixed now 🙂

Ended up being in account settings

So it took me about 3 days to solve this for a new Iphone 13. The phone number was from an old flip phone so I wondered if that might be the issue.

I tried all of the recommendations I saw on-line individually, but none would work. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with Verizon, but they couldn't fix it either. I finally got it though.

I basically did all of the recommendations but did them all at once. I:

a) turned off the Settings/Cellular/Cellular Data switch,

b) turned off Settings/Cellular/Wi-fi calling,

c) turned off Settings/Messages/iMessage switch,

d) turned off Settings/Messages/Send as SMS switch,

e) turned off Settings/Messages/MMS Messaging switch.

f) Then I powered the phone off, then back on, then back off.

g) Then I removed the SIM card (using a paper clip to pop out the drawer).

h) Then I powered the phone back on. (message will tell you there is no SIM card)

i) Then reinserted the SIM card.

j) Once the SIM card was recognized, I reversed everything I turned off above.

Once everything was back on, the pics started going out !!!

Hope this helps someone save some time.
