I lost my phone and it is dead I think. Can apple possibly locate it? It’s not working on find my iPhone but I’m assuming apple can locate it.

A phone cannot be located unless the phone has good power and a good Internet connection.

Apple does not locate phones......even if they are working.

Apple does not help with lost phones.

If your phone is dead, there is no way to locate it other than physically looking for it.
