How can I cancel my subscription? I need my money back it’s was by mistake for the payment.

Are you able to provide more detail? Is the subscription to an Apple service or to a third party?


As far as I’m aware, usually subscriptions need to be cancelled before they’re due, by at least a day to be safe.


Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple – Apple Support (AU)


I found the link above, it describes the process for requesting a refund for Apple content. It asks you to head to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/, sign in there, and follow the directions.


If you can’t request a refund from the above, you may need to contact Apple support directly about it.


If it’s a subscription to a third party app, you should try contact them directly to discuss your circumstances, as purchases are generally considered final.


To cancel your subscriptions and prevent auto-renewal in the future, I’ve linked an article that provides instructions on how to cancel subscriptions to Apple services and to app store apps, from your phone settings: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support


Hope this was helpful, but like TheLittles said, nobody here can help you with actually processing this, we can only point you in the right direction.

Troubleshooting Getting a Refund...


For Financial Assistance, Contact Apple Store Support:

You need to contact Apple Support Directly. This is a User-to-User forum. We are all volunteers. So, as you may suspect, no one here has access to that information — and that is a good thing, BTW. That’s why for Financial Assistance, you need to contact Apple Support. They’ll see what’s going on and will run you through the fix.

Apple Contact Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there, as necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
