I can't activate the American iPhone 7, ios 15.7.1, writes that the SIM card is invalid. sim card from another country

It is carrier locked. Only the carrier it is locked to can unlock it for use on other cellular networks.

SIM card error As this phone came from America and now I’m using in Pakistan but when I use SIM card of this country it shows insert another SIM card from a supported service provider or request that this phone be unlocked by your service provider and it show please contact Apple for more information and it also shows sometime that you iPhone cannot be activated because the activation server cannot be reached , so please solve my problem so I can use SIM card of this country thanks
