Artwork error going from Libsyn to Apple Podcasts: Please help - Can't figure out why Podcast Art is being rejected

Hello, I'm going crazy trying to figure out why Apple Podcasts keeps rejecting my Libsyn RSS feed because of the artwork. I've resized the image to be a square JPEG within the parameters. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Any help is really appreciated!

"We found one or more issues. Art - Artwork must be 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests"

Here's the image (I'm not sure how to get an xml file, or some other way to see it)

I'm seeing the same size, but as the file name is the same it may be a cache problem somewhere (I have cleared by browser's cache but it could be at my ISP). So I can't confirm that you've made the change. Make sure you haven't gone over the 500kB file size in the process. You may need to take this up with Libsyn Support.

I know the JPEG file in my finder says it's 539K - but it's already at 72 resolution, so I'm not sure how to get it smaller without shrinking the picture below the 1300x1300. Is there anything else I can try? I'm waiting for a response from Libsyn, but I'm trying to troubleshoot. The file name in my finder doesn't have the "1300x1300" text in the name, but the tab link still does.
