forgot apple id

i had this phone when i was 12 i don’t remember the apple id

Try to get access to the @gmail account. When this is done you can reset the password of your old Apple ID to visit iforgot.apple.com when this is done. You can activate your iPhone again and disable (if you want) the Find My on the iPhone. When this is done you can reset the iPhone to factory settings and activate the iPhone again with a new Apple ID. If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
