I cannot login to mail app using iCloud credentials
I’m unable to login to mail app using my iCloud credentials, both in my old iPhone n new iPhone. I can login on desktop using the same credentials but not using the app.

What exactly happens when you try to log in through the apps? Does it give you an error? If yes, what error do you get? The more information you can provide us, the better we can assist you.

Also, are you able to log in through the desktop because you're logging in through the direct website? Make sure that on the apps, you're not using saved passwords to log in. Instead, try manually typing in the iCloud email and the password just in case the saved credentials are incorrect.
