Fortunately, your data is in iCloud, so you have to sign in with the same Apple ID from your iPhone XR on your new iPhone SE.

On your iPhone XR, go to:

Settings -> Apple ID (Your name) -> iCloud.

Check that Contacts, Photos, Notes, Messages, etc. are enabled. If they are, then your content is stored in iCloud.

To make a copy of your current iPhone, create an iCloud Backup.
