I'm using an iPhone 14 Pro and I getting hundreds of spam messages a day. Where do I filter my messages on this phone? What else can I do to get rid of them?

There is no filter, just keep reporting the message as junk when you delete them. You can block the sender as well.

There is no junk folder, when you swipe left to right on the message thread you should get the following option:
delete / delete and report as junk /cancel.
You would choose the 2nd option.
