Netflix login

After reactivating my Netflix account I can’t login to it via Apple TV. And I can’t use AirPlay to stream Netflix on the tv from my iPhone either. I’ve been in contact with Netflix support serveral times and tried everything they suggested without any luck so now they just tell me it must be an Apple problem.. Can anyone please help me with ideas for this?
