The MacBook pro with M2 chip can connect up to 1 external monitor via usb c to HDMI


The MacBook Pro with M2 pro and max chip can connect up to 2 external monitors via usb c to HDMI


If you have the MacBook Pro with M2 chip you can try to connect an old Apple TV to your second monitor and use that one as airplay display (I have it connected that way)
