App purchases from another Apple ID have been added into my iCloud

I previously had a phone that was used for mobile app testing. When the phone was used for testing, a test Apple ID was created and apps were downloaded. Once testing was complete, I then would use the phone with my Apple ID. The phone was backed up to iCloud including the apps which were purchased by the Apple ID used for testing. Now every time I upgrade phones this app data follows me around. I tried logging into ITunes on a PC and looking for the purchases via “view my account” in the “Account” tab but when I look under Purchase History I cannot right click on the app and view purchase information as was suggested in another thread.

Keen to understand if there is a fix for this?

Hello PetrapanH,

Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities, and we'll be happy to help in any way we can. We understand you're having issues with viewing your purchase history. Try the steps here to see if they resolve the issue: View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support

"How to see your purchase history

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  3. A list of your recent purchases appears. If you’re not sure what you were charged for but you know the amount of the charge, search for the amount. If you're looking for information about older purchases, find your purchase history in Settings or Account Settings on your device.

Learn what to do if you can't find the item that you’re looking for or if you find unexpected charges.

If you purchased a subscription that you no longer want, you can cancel the subscription."

We hope this helps.

Cheers!
