When I try to sign in to my apple id on my iphone, the password will not load, I just keep getting the spinning circle. I can log in on my PC no problem though, using the same id and password. Any help is appreciated! TYIA!

Start here, check the network connection:
You need to have a good Service and/or Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
