Have you tried to use the charging cord in a different adapter, also try a different charging cord. I know you probably don't have a lot of those cords lying around, but there might be something going on with the adapter or cord and that is why your watch isn't charging. If trying a different cord and a different adapter doesn't work, then you may have to take your watch in for service as there may be something wrong with the hardware which is why it isn't charging.
