screen time restrictions not blocking a specific website

hi, i’ve been using screen time to block websites under the “limit adult websites” part and never allowing the websites i want blocked. it works and blocks all the websites so far until recently when i put the url in of a website and even though it’s blocked it still lets me access it no problem. how can i fix this? i have tried it on my fiancés phone and it still lets him access this site too while blocking the rest fine
