my apple watch keep turning off (screen save mode) how do i change that?

It depends on which Apple watch series you have and does it have always mode supported!
According to apple web:Use the Always On feature with your Apple Watch - Apple Support
Always On Mode is avaliable on Apple Watch Series 5 to Apple Watch Ultra but excluding SE model.
