i want to know if i'm buying an iPad 10th generation (5G) from Saudi Arabia , will it work with any mobile operators in Egypt with an Egyptian sim card??

Yes. While WiFi+Cellular models of iPad may have minor band-coverage differences between regions, all are useable in other countries with an appropriate cellular plan and DataSIM from a local carrier.
