I bought an iPhone XS in 2019. However when I wanted to use it, there is a message telling that the iphone locked to owner. So I kept it aside. I don’t know who the original owner is. This phone is not blacklisted or anything either. So I need to use this phone now since I bought it. What can I do? I paid quite a lot for this phone. So don’t want to go it to waste.

If you are not the owner and do not have the Apple ID and Password then there is no way that you can get into this iPhone unless the original owner shares the Apple ID and password with you. If you are lucky you can get into this iPhone if they (owner) accidentally remove the device from their Apple ID.

Bought an XS. The owner had not removed the apple ID and the phone is locked to owner.
