You have a large number of apps crashing. I would remove all items from the System/General/Login Items setting pane, both at the top of the pane and below. Then boot into Safe Mode according to How to use safe mode on your Mac and test. Then reboot normally and test again. Run for a while to see if the apps shutdown during sleep or not. If not then add them back one at a time and test.
Note: if you have a wireless keyboard with rechargeable batteries connect it with its charging cable before booting into Safe Mode. This makes it act as a wired keyboard as will assure a successful boot into Safe Mode.
If you still experience apps shutting down after sleep with no additional apps open via the Login Items it will be time to make an appointment at the nearest Apple Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
