Somehow I lost my 2019 Macbook Pro on a trip and now I bought a newer Macbook Pro. Therefore is it possible to still migrate my old Macbook Pro data to the newer Macbook without the actual computer?

Also if you had any data synced with iCloud (e.g., iCloud Photos, iCloud Drive including the Desktop & Documents option, iCloud Contacts, iCloud Notes, etc.), that data will automatically sync with the new Mac when you turn those options on in it.

Kind of hard to do without a backup. You might have some limited stuff (like settings and saved passwords) you can recover that was stored in iCloud, but without some sort of backup like a clone of your boot drive or Time Machine you can't really do anything to restore the data.
