Lost Macbook Pro so how to migrate to new computer

Somehow I lost my 2019 Macbook Pro on a trip and now I bought a newer Macbook Pro. Therefore is it possible to still migrate my old Macbook Pro data to the newer Macbook without the actual computer?

Yes, if you have a backup. See the instructions in Restore your Mac from a backup - Apple Support

Also if you had any data synced with iCloud (e.g., iCloud Photos, iCloud Drive including the Desktop & Documents option, iCloud Contacts, iCloud Notes, etc.), that data will automatically sync with the new Mac when you turn those options on in it.
