I observed that when I connect my lightning port to my iPhone 14 Pro, the charging port is loose and compared to my previous iPhone 6s Plus where the port was harder to remove and made a clicking sound. I am unsure if this is a normal occurrence or if I should seek assistance from an Apple store. and is there any possible way to replace my device?

I have already reached out to them and attempted to resolve the issue by using another lightning cable, but it did not help. Additionally, I borrowed my friend's iPhone 11 to see if the problem was unique to my device, but it turns out I am the only one experiencing it. They (apple Support) suggested that I clean the port, but the problem persists despite my efforts.
Try using with a different lightning cable. Then contact Apple Support, and discuss this with them.
Re-contact Apple. They’re the arbiters of whether this is a repairable issue or not.
