refund request

hello, I previously applied for a refund but they didn’t refund me, they refused although I didn’t buy anything and I would like to resolve this issue! I also submitted an application for a refund two days ago, my application was accepted and they wrote that the money was returned, but the money was not received in my account and I would like to resolve this issue
