For your iPhone, all you have to do is make sure you are connected to the same Wifi network as your TV. The rest of the settings will be on your TV, where you will have to make sure Airplay is on and whether you want to authenticate by using a pairing code only once when set up or every time you want to Airplay.

But their is no airplay setting on the tv…does this mean my tv is not supported for airplay?
It looks like most Samsung Tv's since 2018 support Airplay, but here is the support article from Samsung.
