For your own Apple ID you need your own private Apple ID.
Never use a business email address for your private Apple ID.
With a business Apple ID there are limitations, such as you cannot install apps.
And if you leave the company (in the future), your business email address will be removed by the company you work for.
Normally, if you have a business Apple ID, you get a business phone, whether or not on loan.

We have created a lot of Apple ID's for end users getting corporate cell phones with their email accounts simply because we do not want personal info (as this is a corporate device and governed by corporate usage policies) on the corporate devices or a terminated end use having access to company owned files or apps on these devices. That's the point of using a corporate email. Now, out of nowhere, we are getting a message stating "Your Apple ID cannot end in @company domain.com
What is causing this and why is this just now starting?
