I need to recover the Notes app on my phone.

Hello Immaculatahigh,

See if the Notes app could be in your App Library. Swipe right to left to the last screen (the App Library) and, if you see the Notes app, long-press it and select "Add to home screen".

If the app is no longer on your iPhone, you can download it directly from thee App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/notes/id1110145109.
