I had a iPhone 13 which I had gave to my daughter but I had erased my account from the phone including Find My. She had lost the phone and now we can’t find it. What should we do and how can I lock the phone so no one gets into it?

Without Find My enabled you are out of luck. That device cannot be located or locked and Apple does not get involved in locating lost or stolen products.

There is nothing you can do.
It’s gone. Hopefully, she at least had a passcode set on the phone, otherwise any information she had on the phone is free for the taking by whoever has it.
Check this link. But I doubt you can lock it without an account. If possible, unscrupulous people would enjoy locking other people's phones.
