leave family sharing

hi, im 14yrs old and i want to remove myself from family sharing with my mom. there wasnt any subscription that we paid or something but i cant leave my family sharing there even is a button says "Stop Using Family Sharing" and every time i tried it doesnt work. so i also tried to remove my phone from my mom's phone which the role is organiser but they keep on saying you cannot take this action and stop using family sharing. so i tried remove "gaeul" from family shraing and they said like "you cannot remove under 17 child" stuff. but apple site said you can removed when you get over 13 and im like 14 right now. so can anybody help me to figure out?
