Not receiving email from anyone other than Apple
Hi.
I am trying to resolve an issue for my rather elderly parent… she currently is not receiving emails from anyone other than Apple. She can send fine, but doesn’t get anything back.
I have tried a number of things - initially I thought it might be an issue with the app on her iPad, so we logged into the iCloud.com site to check them emails online. But found the same issue.
I have checked her settings and I cannot see anything obvious, but I couldn’t see many settings to be fair.
Ive sent her emails from my iCloud account and from a non iCloud account, and cc’d the messages to a third email address so I know they are sending and being received by my 3rd account.
I am now at a loss - can anyone suggest something I can try? At 85 emails are a lifeline for her and she is feeling rather isolated just now.
