Suggestion - Auto off feature for Beats Flex when the buds are together (magnet)

Dear Apple - I love wireless ear buds of all kinds, but find I use my Beats Flex the most becasue they hang around my neck and don;t require a case to carry them around. They are held together by a magnet within the buds - it makes them so awesome to be able to have them with me all day long and use them when I need to - BUT why not make the automatically turn off when the tips are magnetized together when hagning around your neck and not in use to save battery? This seems like a very simple feature to add?
