iCloud Family member's iPhone switches to my music profile/login

I have an iCloud family account with a number of family members. My wife is logged into her phone with her iCloud profile. For the second time in a month, we notice that on her music app, it switched to my name and profile. Even though in settings, it still shows her logged into iCloud and the Music settings shows her Apple ID under Home Sharing. In her music app, my entire music library appears, with my playlists and recently added, In the top right, it shows my initials in the circle. I logged out of her iCloud and then logged back in and it seems to fix it, but this is now the second time it has happened. Does anyone know what is causing this?
