i have three email addresses listed in my wallet. I would like to delete one of the email address.
Iam going to the settings , wallet emails and deleted it from there but it still appears back. How can it be deleted permanently?

Finally figured mine out. Under contacts, I have myself listed and have all of my legacy addresses/phone numbers/email accounts. I deleted the extra email accounts from my contact and it fixed apple wallet.

I have an old e-mail address that keeps reappearing in my Apple Wallet when I use Apple Pay with some merchants, I keep deleting it and it keeps coming back. It's not in my list of e-mail addresses in my Apple ID.
Apple Wallet is primarily designed to store digital passes, tickets, and payment cards rather than email addresses.
Probably you are addressing adding and removing emails to Apple ID thus Apple Pay thus Wallet.

OK, check these three locations please;
Each card also has an address associated with the account. Please follow this path;
iPhone > Settings > Apple ID (Your Name at top of screen) > Payment & Shipping > tap card to edit > tap Billing address > tap edit (upper right corner of screen) edit necessary changes
iPhone > Settings > Apple ID (Your Name at top of screen) > Payment & Shipping > Shipping Address (edit or delete address
iPhone > Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Transaction Defaults (scroll down) > Shipping Address > Edit (upper right corner of screen) > either Enter New Shipping Address, add new address or edit/delete addresses
When you’re done, there is one more place that may be the issue.

I can’t remember how but I eventually figured it out. I had to log in a certain way to see all e-mail addresses associated with my Wallet, once I did that I was able to delete the obsolete address.

I was able to fix like this
Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Email > ⛔️ Delete
this doesn’t delete them at all. If you go back into the menu after deleting them they reappear. Seems like a broken feature to me

This does not work! I can delete the errant email and phone #, but then when I go back into it, they are still there!
