Since about 2 days ago, when I ask Siri to “Turn on X light”, it asks me for a confirmation - “Do you mean the X light in Y home?”
This never happened before and there has been no iOS update.
I have 2 ‘homes’ configured. I have turned off the location services and also Home Switching, however there has been no change.
Is anyone experiencing this now? How do I turn this confirmation off?

I have 1 home but Siri on my iphone and Mac are asking "did you mean... in my home" for everything. Driving me nuts
Is anyone else still running into this? Now, rebooting my watch no longer fixes this even temporarily.
This issue persists and occurs the most in my Watch. Beyond annoying.
I’ve had some luck, thank you. I ended up deleted my entire home from the home app and started over. I’m now not being asked by Siri to confirm. Hope this helps others.
Yup having the same issue on my watch and phone. It’s annoying enough, I’m tempted to delete the other home in the app I have for my office.
I updated to iOS 17.0.3 and the problem persists. On a side note, the weather complication works now :).
This has not gone away and if anything has reappeared more frequently recently

This problem is only on my watch, the iphone works fine. So, the update has to come on watch.
I am having the same issue on my iPhone, and so does my wife. But my watch works fine. The confirmation is about the room, but I only have one room in my homekit.
Restarted the Apple Watch and the problem has diminished. It seems to have stopped asking me to confirm home when asking Siri to execute a HomeKit command.
I have had the same experience - it helps until I leave home and return. Each time I return home I have to reset it.
I updated to tvOS 17.1, iOS 17.1 and watchOS 10.1 and it appears to be fixed. I'm not celebrating, in the past it has gone away and come back. So far, for two days in a row it's working now.
I agree that the latest updates have seems to mitigate the issue at this time. I have tested it at two different locations and it seems to behave without the “Did you mean…”. Hope it lasts.
For some reason a second home was created on the Home app. I deleted the second one and everything is back to normal. Check your Home app for multiple homes (for those of us with only one home 😆).
Any news on this? Both me and my wife still has this weird confirmation bug, even though I deleted and recreated our home. It works fine on my watch.
