Can’t put card on account to download apps
I recently made a new iCloud and i am trying to put my card info so I can download apps but every time I do it says contact iTunes or something why is that?

Wondering if you have disputed a charge from Apple.
If so, you may need to instruct your card-provider to allow payments to Apple again.
Eg:
What to do: If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

(ie: when requested, in order to complete a purchase.)

2. Select your country
3. Select: Billing & Subscriptions
4. Select: Subscriptions & Purchases
5. Select: Update payment method
6. Select a chat session or a phone call.
