If you see an Apple ID (account) disabled message, select your situation from one of the cases below. What you need to do depends upon what message you are seeing. (Including exact error messages when you start a topic helps us help you.)
â—Ź If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes" or "You cannot login because your account has been locked" you need to do as directed in the document https://support.apple.com/HT208856 which is you must contact Apple Support. Use this special link: https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&PGF=PGF63005&category_id=SC0245&symptom_id=23362. This is not something you can resolve on your own.
â—Ź If a message says your Apple ID is locked or disabled "for security reasons"", the document https://support.apple.com/HT204106 directs you to reset your password as outlined in this article --> https://support.apple.com/kb/HT201487
If you use two-factor authentication and can’t sign in or reset your password, you can regain access after an account recovery waiting period, as outlined in this document: https://support.apple.com/HT204921
