Bluetooth on 2017 iMac will not turn on

I found this issue on an earlier posting but there was no conclusion.

Computer is a 2017 iMac running Ventura 13.4.1. The magic mouse and keyboard do work as verified on my macMini. The BT icon has a slash through it on the menu bar and even if I turn it on via System Settings it does not recognize any BT device and does not change the menu bar.

Starting in SAFE MODE and using another login does not change symptoms.

This seems like an hardware issue in your internal bluetooth antenna to me.. Contact - Official Apple Support to set up hardware service for your device
