iphone 13 pro max white screen

I didn't use my iphone 13 pro max a lot. But after I got this phone an year, the screen just got white suddenly. After I restarted a few times, it keptwhit screen all the time. Then, I went to istore and them told me the screen's dead already. I googled and just realized lots of people got the same problem on iphone 13 pro and 13 por max.

Now, I'm just wondering if you all got to istore and pay $365 to fix? Or any suggestion that apple can help to fix it?
