Apple ID disabled

My Apple is disabled they I can’t do nothing even my settings aren’t allowing me to log out my Apple ID

Is your Apple ID disabled:


From this Apple support article If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support


If your account has been disabled for security reasons

If you see one of the following messages, your Apple ID automatically locked to protect your security and you can't sign in to any Apple services:

  • “This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons”
  • "You can't sign in because your account was disabled for security reasons"
  • "This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons"

You need to reset your password to regain access. Learn how to reset your password


Is your Apple ID disabled in the App Store and iTunes? There is something wrong with your account that cannot be fixed at your end. Please  contact Apple Support for help.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", there is a problem with your payment method on your account, to resolve the problem you need help from Apple support,  click -> contact Apple Support for help.

If your Apple ID is locked or disabled -> If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support (CA)

-> Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication

  • If you want to change your card, you need to add first the new card, then remove the old card.
  • or if you use your Apple Account balance, you need to set your Apple Account balance as your default payment.

fyi: Not all credit & debit cards seem to work with App Store / iTunes Store, try a different one, or preferably a credit card. If your card is not accepted as a paymenf method, you need to contact your bank.
