We'd be happy to help explain this. First off, iCloud Private Relay (explained here: About iCloud Private Relay - Apple Support) does require an iCloud+ subscription. Did you have one previously, perhaps? The 'Hide My Email' feature is explained in this article: Set up and use Hide My Email in iCloud+ on all your devices - Apple Support. This also requires an iCloud+ account.
To stop using those features, take a look at this article: Stop using, reactivate, or delete a Hide My Email address on iCloud.com - Apple Support. Follow this guidance:
"Stop using an address created with Hide My Email
- On iCloud.com, click
in the toolbar, then click Hide My Email. - Select the email address you want to stop using.
- Click “Deactivate email address,” then follow the onscreen instructions.
When you stop using a unique, random address, any emails sent to that address are returned to the sender.
Reactivate an inactive address
- On iCloud.com, click
in the toolbar, then click Hide My Email. - Scroll to the bottom of the list, then select an address below “[number] inactive email address(es).”
- Click “Reactivate address,” then follow the onscreen instructions.
Delete an inactive address
You can only delete inactive addresses.
Important: Deleting an address created with Hide My Email is permanent, and it’s deleted on all your devices set up for Hide My Email. You cannot reactivate the address.
- On iCloud.com, click
in the toolbar, then click Hide My Email. - Scroll to the bottom of the list, then select an address below “[number] inactive email address(es).”
- Click “Delete address,” then follow the onscreen instructions."
