Side button double click does not work in my iPhone 13

In my iPhone 13, side button double click does not work. My iOS version is 16.5.1.

Everything is fine except the double-clicking on the side button. I double-checked all of the settings, but everything is fine. As a result, I can not use apply pay and can not install applications using that feature.

Is there anyone who knows how I can resolve this problem?

Note: It's a new phone, and I've tried to reset it several times. However, no solution is given.
