i have old i phone 5 and its not get purchase while getting app from store

first i try enter with my login ***@icloud.com with my password to activate and use app store for download apps but couldnt because there was some difficulties while entering my payment method by visa card and when i tap my street, city, poscode and you can see in attachment files what it showed me. Step by step.. first i go to app store search pinterest app tap to get it next install than shows screen i choose with current Apple Id next i matched texts with my Apple ID and Password on next showed screen than i taped it all than showed screen with info there that this Apple ID has not yet been used in the ITunes Store asked tap to Review or cancelled>> i taped >> Revew >> tnan opened window Account >> i choose my Country Uzbekistan>> than i agree sent by email >> than i dodnt remember what i added here before many years ago/ so i try new one adress and my current cyty where i live now, so finaly it shows me the screen >> yoou can see in attached pictures. And also my phone number is new one now. >> showes >> Your session has timed out. Please try again. Code 5107

I noticed that i had my old phone many years before and its been in garage store, i decided to rebuilt it and give as a present for my sisters yong daugher, it just because she interesting in designe sessions and making something amazing from her own idea. For her talant she mought take more experience from pinterest or other creators design sessions online course. Please help, i dont want to throw this my old i Phone 5 which i bought from one mans hand many years before. This phone is not working with our local sim card, just can work with wi fi. Also sent you info of iPhone in attached picture.

I personally using my i Phone 13 Pro Max and its really cool phone.

Respect for Apple and you all guys, you are the best.

When you get that message on your screen, tap Review to sign in, then review your account information.

Click Review repeatedly.

Some people have only had a response after a second or subsequent click.

Try to download a free app at the App Store.

fyi: Not all credit & debit cards seem to work with App Store / iTunes Store, try a different one, or preferably a credit card. If your card is not accepted as a paymenf method, you need to contact your bank.

How did you rebuild the iPhone? Never heard of it.
