Waterlogged iPhone11 acting strange

iPhone 11 under water for about 15 seconds. Removed and checked SIM card which was dry. No LCIs appeared afterwards and phone restarted. But a lot of the apps aren't functioning and phone keeps restarting. Suggestions? Thanks

It definitely appears it has sustained some sort of liquid damage. You'll need to have it inspected at an Apple Store. I would suggest scheduling an appointment as soon as possible, and not use it until you do. It could cause more damage by using it: Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
