help Unable to restore.

I have an iPhone X. It has the restore support website info. But I’m not connected to any computer and never have. Seem like it can not turn my phone off to restore. Please help.

Ask a friend, acquaintance or family to use their computer, or at a public library.

Alternately, visit your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider and they should be able to help you out.

(perhaps) You will first have to make an appointment due to the pandemic.
