Apple says the "Replacement on its way" while I asked for a refund
I've bought a MacBook Air M2 that I received from China and I used it for 2 days (5 hours, 2 charge cycles)... I noticed that the battery drains in less than 2 hours and it gets hot after using it for less than 10 minutes. Thus I contacted Apple Support to return the product because I'm no more satisfied with Air M2 and I will never ever buy one as it's not suitable for me because of that horrible performance (battery from 18 hours to less than 2 hours) and asked for a refund to buy a new Macbook Pro but I'm surprised that Apple states on the website that "The replacement product is on its way to you"
How is that possible ??
