Apple Music Preview on Windows 11 refuses to load

Earlier this month my Apple Music Preview app on windows 11 just out of nowhere crashed and ever since then it just gets stuck in an endless load on every page. It also endlessly loads 'updating genius' in the bottom left corner. I can still play the songs that were in my queue at the time it crashed, but that's it. When I try to go to a playlist that the song is from, it doesn't show anything. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, signing in and out, removing itunes from my computer, etc. and nothing has fixed the issue. I haven't been able to find anyone else talking about this online so if anyone has a fix that would be greatly appreciated.
