First run a diagnostics test to determine if your battery is bad.
Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support
Once you run the diagnostics test it will tell you if there's any issues. If it says your battery is degraded and needs service reach out to Apple Support or schedule an appointment at an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Location.
